Milling small parts using a drill press 1 of 2

I had a need to build a prototype of a small part. I'm not a machinist, and youtube was a great resource for my research on milling concepts and considerations when using a drill press for this purpose. I believe this piece turned out pretty good for a first attempt. The operation pictured here is a reverse relief of 1/8" to match an existing part on which the new piece will be mounted.
