Old Rockwell Drill press

I bought a 15-017 Rockwell / Delta Special 15" drill press. I put an Enco 0-1/2 X 33 JT KEYLESS DRILL CHUCK and a 892-0016 A039SEL PRIMEMOVER V-BELT. I fooled around with different motors and different shims. I drilled and tapped the table tensioner to capture a 3/4" wrench on the tensioner nut. I scraped and polished the rust off the
