The motor won't start revolving but seems well lubricated. Up to this point in time it has always worked fine. I'm not aware of anything that I did to change this since it just sits in the garage between uses. This is one of those inexpensive, under $100, drill presses that has worked fine for light jobs. What type of troubleshooting could I do with a VOM or taking motor cap of and visually inspecting? How would I know by looking inside the motor cage if something was not
